Das Warten hat ein Ende, hier kommt endlich euer neuer Lieblingssong. Als ich ‚Favourite Boy‘ von HALF MOON RUN das erste Mal gehört habe, konnte ich meinen Ohren kaum trauen. Der Song ist von Vorne bis Hinten ein absolutes Meisterwerk, ein absoluter Ohrwurm. Was aber so locker und fluffig klingt, war gar nicht so einfach, wie sich Dylan erinnert: “Favourite Boy” was a big battle. To figure out the tempo of that song. The first version we did was way too slow; the second version we did was way too fast. We had to figure it out, groove into it, live with the recordings for a while, and then when we went into studio with Joe, we could be like, “We know that the tempo is 133.
