Rasmus Littauer ist eigentlich Drummer bei MØ und Major Lazer, doch vor 2 Jahren hat bereits seine erste Solo-EP als SCHOOL OF X veröffentlicht. Nun kommt in den nächsten Wochen seine zweite EP ‚Destiny‘. Während die erste Single ‚Destiny‘ eine intime Lebensentscheidung enthüllte, die jeder schon mal erlebt hat; eine Beziehung zu beenden und die Reflexionen über Vor- und Nachteile, die darauf folgen. Geht das Leben in ‚Write My Name‘ weiter und zeigt, wie schön die neue Platte wird.

Rasmus Littauer sagt selbst über das Lied:
„”Write My Name” is about being abandoned and over time realizing and accepting why you have to move on. The song has been almost impossible for me to finish, but it landed in a good place in the end. The musical turning point was the collaboration with Rune Risager, who played the guitars on the recording. He brought a freshness that I couldn’t find myself.“
