Am 21. Mai erscheint das neue Lea Porcelain Album ‚Choirs to heaven‘. Das ist die erste gute Nachricht. ‚Ohio‘ die neue Single ist die zweite. Hier gehen Produzent Julien Bracht und Sänger Markus Nikolaus zurück zum ursprünglichen Lea Porcelain Sound, zu dem Sound, in den wir uns vor Jahren verliebt haben.

Inspiriert wurde „Ohio“ von Lucie Brock-Broidos gleichnamigen Gedicht und der Isolation durch Corona: “Forced to be alone and to keep the distance…We are isolated on the inside and out…Ohio is the story of two lovers who in a future scenario see the end coming and want to spend it together…There is a certain feeling of apocalypse in the air that gets disappointed by the silence of the now and eagerness of tomorrow.”
