Tatsächlich kamen mir Soft No bekannt vor, diesen knackigen Sound haben wir definitiv schon gehört und auch präsentiert. Aber die Band kann es noch besser und noch knackiger und eingängiger. Die neue Single ‚Oxford Street‘ schlägt bei uns auf Anhieb ein und hinterlässt nix als glückliche Gesichter.

Schlagzeuger Jonathan Martello schrieb die Musik zu dem Song, der Lannutti aus ihrer Komfortzone holte und eine sehr persönliche Geschichte hervorbrachte. “I don’t usually write about specific events in my life, but I’d been wanting to write a song for years about a crazy night out, and the subsequent morning I had with a friend who passed away,” sagt Allison Lannutti. “I had the song title picked, but never felt like I had the right outlet for the song until now.”
