Die besten Songs entstehen in Jam Sessions, wenn einfach alle Beteiligten drauf los spielen. Man darf mit keinen Erwartungen an den Start gehen und auf seinen Bauch und Herz hören. So oder so ähnlich ist auch ‚Time Moves‘ entstanden. Die Stockholmer Band Tussilago ist in der skandinavischen Indie Szene seit Jahren stark verwurzelt und bleibt ideenreich und neugierig. Was besonders auffällt bei ‚Time Moves‘ ist das opulente Instrumental am Ende des Songs.

“The instrumental parts of Time Moves came together like puzzle pieces over several years. The foundation of the track actually predates Sense of Me, but it’s been marinated, rearranged and reshaped until it found its final form. The only thing missing was a melody – and that’s where our beautiful and unpretentious collaboration with Petter Winnberg really came to life. One late night in the studio, Petter entered a zone of total focus, moving between vocal booths and the mixing desk – and then suddenly said, ‘What about something like this?’ That moment gave us the vocal melody and lyrics you hear today.” – erklärt die Band.
