Im Sommer hab ich euch schon eine Diamondtown Single vorgestellt. Vor einigen Tagen hat die Band ihr selbstbetiteltes Debütalbum herausgebracht. Darauf finden 10 verträumte Indie Rock Songs, die uns durch diese schwere Zeit bringen sollen. “It’s about finding hope through impending doom, being scared of what’s going on outside, and trying to hide. Of course there are other things in there as well. I just like creating dreamy lyrics so people can interpret them as they will.” sagt Sänger KC Spidle. Und genau das ist es, es sind die Lyrics and die verspielten Harmonien in den einzelnen Songs.
